Coach Hazri has over 20 years of experience in both corporate and government sectors with extensive exposure in financial services having worked in various banks and financial institutions in Malaysia and in Indonesia.

He was a Transformation and Change Management guru in a regional banking group in Malaysia (Deputy Chief Transformation Officer) & in Indonesia (Chief of Strategy & Transformation) where he drove transformation programs and mentored change agents. His last senior management position was Executive Vice President in Maybank overseeing the bank’s operations in Labuan, Brunei, Bahrain and Papua New Guinea. His banking experiences ranges from M&A, Islamic banking to retail banking & customer service.

He believes learning from and interacting with individuals from all walks of life provide unlimited energy and opens up endless possibilities. Most recently Coach Hazri was invited to conduct leadership training for up-and-coming leaders in Malaysia’s largest tertiary education organization.

He is a Certified Coach from the Open Door Coaching Group (AUS) and has a Bachelors’ Degree in Political Science and Psychology from Washington University in St Louis, Missouri USA
