Sarah is Winning Mind’s in-house expert specialising in programme and project management, change management and transformation. She is also trained as an insurance underwriter from her time working in a multinational insurance corporation. Sarah’s regional professional experience in financial industry ranges in both start ups and multi-national companies, having managed projects in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and Malaysia.

Her previous major projects include merger & acquisition of insurance companies, listing of company on the Malaysian stock exchange and launch of loyalty programme for a regional airline.

Sarah holds a degree in biomedical sciences from UKM and is a Prince 2 practitioner.
